Sudden Impulse is derived from one of the most iconic rugs in the history of Edward Fields called Embassy Court --designed by Marion Dorn in the 30's for Syrie Maugham before she joined Edward Fields as a design director in the late 50's. This version is a wool and silk large irregular chevron in dark petrol blue. This design is expertly tufted by skilled artisans.
