15 Central Park West is considered one of Manhattan's most prestigious residential addresses designed in a New Classical style in 2008. 15 CPW is composed of two buildings joined by a lavish lobby. The "House" side fronts Central Park and the "Tower" side rises behind to more than 40 stories.
