Ciel de Paris Restaurant by Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance, Paris

Interior Design: Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance

Ciel de Paris is the aptly titled restaurant located on the 56th floor of the Montparnasse Tower. Literally translating to “sky of Paris,” this chic destination looks out over the city. Views are especially striking at night when the reflection of the lights in big bay windows mirror the glow of the city below.

Designed by Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance, the establishment embodies structural simplicity, allowing Paris to be the star. Lawrance’s Tai Ping custom made Axminster wall-to-wall carpet plays off the restaurant’s ceiling pendant lights, offering a reinterpretation of their shape. The space is fluid and poetic, a single living organism.
