A comfortable and contemporary oasis in the heart of Paris, this is CitizenM’s flagship hotel in the city. The Dutch brand specializes in design-savvy hospitality and a community-oriented guest experience. Architecture firm Concrete designed the space, which includes a series of public subdivided living areas. The “living room,” a place for work, rest, meeting, and play, is equipped with an oversized fireplace and dotted with an eclectic mix of hanging lanterns. A bespoke Tai Ping carpet decorates the floor, winking at the nearby Gare de Lyon train station clock with its charming gear motif.
