Hotel Atlantic Hamburg is an exquisite luxury hotel located on the banks of Lake Alster in the St. Georg district of Hamburg, Germany. Opened in May 1909, Hotel Atlantic Hamburg is an historic landmark that has been listed as a 'protected monument' since 2010 due to its historical and architectural relevance.
The permanent nautical exhibition in Hotel Atlantic Hamburg is a tribute to the hotel's maritime legacy, reflecting ties to the property's seafaring past. Globes, maps and nautical artifacts are hallmarks throughout the hotel that showcase a passion for travel and discovery. These subtle references have also been incorporated into the custom carpet design that graces the hotel's lobby, dining area and the corridor extending from the entrance.
In the Atlantic Bar, the floor is reminiscent of a ship’s deck, boldly contrasted with red, hand-tufted area rugs designed as custom adaptations of the Metropolis Shades II design from Tai Ping's Scenematic Collection by André Fu.
In the Atlantic Restaurant, a warm ambience is created through soft colours and textures including handmade wall-to-wall carpeting based on Skyfall II from the Scenematic Collection by André Fu. Hanseatic living qualities combined with stylish elegance promise a balanced atmosphere for all to enjoy.
