FROM THE ARCHIVES: Marina Tower by John Willis, Disneyland Hotel in California

In the late 1960s, Edward Fields contributed wall hangings to the 11-story, 319-room Marina Tower at the Disneyland Hotel in California. The project was in collaboration with the interior designer John Willis. Marina Tower has been the main entrance to the Disneyland Hotel ever since it opened in 1970, although its name changed to Magic Tower in 2007 and to its current name, Fantasy Tower, in 2012.
